In our office you will be able to find several activities throughout the year and for various age groups. In addition to the activities, we also have books and educational games. School Support Services

PND will continue providing school support services. We’ve began providing this service because we felt we should somehow support our youngest members with their school work.
The tutoring takes place all week round in a flexible schedule where kids can do their homework, ask questions regarding subjects they were taught at school, and receive help on projects. The school support will be provided by psychologist and Counselor Andreia Rodrigues.

Free Internet Access

Project New Discoveries offers free internet access to its members. To become a member you must pay an annual fee of €10. More information on the website’s home page.

Ioga

One of the activities we host at the New Discoveries Office is Yoga. All members are invited to participate. Classes take place on Mondays at 6.30pm.

Workshops

Project New Discoveries organises several workshops: from cinema, theatre, music, crafts, debates, internet and software, such as Photoshop CS or Flash. Please visit our website to find out more details.

General Parties and Celebrations

And…what about parties? Of course we also host parties! We rely on the help of several monitors to organise birthdays, carnival parties and the traditional Kids Party.
