International Work Camps (CTI) are part of an exchange program for young people from different countries that aim the acknowledgment of different cultural identities and raising awareness to the world cultural mosaic.

Project New Discoveries organised the first CTI in the summer of 2009, with the participation of 24 young people from 12 countries. It was an adventure and learning experience for all of us to exchange very interesting life experiences.

The CTI took place at Quinta do Vale da Lama in the last 15 days of July. The main theme of the CTI was the environment and participants helped us with farming and its support structures.

Schedule:
From July to September. 4 to 6 daily hours.

Local:
Quinta do Vale da Lama in Lagos.

Age Groups
Youngsters who live in Portugal or abroad aged between 18-30 years old.

Price:
25€.

Support:
Young participants are entitled to, in Portugal: Accommodation, Food and Personal Accident Insurance.
