SOCIAL - Co-operation, trust, friendship, sharing, inclusion, leadership, authentic listening, communication, supporting others & being supported.

PERSONAL - Authenticity, self-confidence, healthy habits, fun (offline), appreciate nature, challenge themselves, get creative & solve problems.

PROFESSIONAL - Leadership, facilitation, youth empowerment, counseling, non-formal and eco-education tools, communication, conflict mediation, camp management.

LEARNING CYCLE

This program offers a full learning cycle.

This program offers a full learning cycle - from campers to counsellors and camp managers, we offer a place for discovery, learning, practice, and sharing.

Children and Youth discover the program as campers, get interested in becoming counsellors and participate in the Counsellors' Training. Counsellors practice new skills by working/volunteering in summer camps, and share learnings with peers on their professional path.
